Gibson lychee martini recipe

Ingredients

  • 35ml vodka
  • 10ml lychee liqueur
  • 5ml Italicus bergamot
  • 10ml white verjus
  • 7.5ml fino sherry
  • Fresh lychees (to garnish)

Method

  • Chill your glassware
  • Add ice to a mixing glass and pour over the martini ingredients
  • Stir gently and smoothly using a bar spoon
  • Strain into the chilled serving glass
  • Garnish with the fresh lychee
