Ingredients

  • 15ml ginger lime
  • 20ml lime
  • 30ml spicy ginger
  • Top with Club Soda

Method

  1. Add ingredients to the shaker, shake well, pour into a highball glass over ice and top with soda
  2. Add hibiscus tea and discarded lime

Ingredients

To make the cherry blossom cordial

  • 1l hot water
  • 1kg caster sugar
  • 25g cherry blossom tea
  • 16g citric acid
  • 3g ascorbic acid

Method

  1. Brew the tea for five minutes
  2. Strain with a paper coffee filter
  3. Add the sugar, acids and mix until dissolved
  4. Bottle, label and refrigerate

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients with the exception of the soda into a Boston tin and hard shake
  2. Strain into a tall glass over cubed ice and top with soda, mix with a barspoon
  3. Garnish with dehydrated citrus wedges
