From the non-alcoholic paloma alternative to a crowd-pleasing cherry blossom spritz, these easy-to-follow recipes will see you through Dry January and beyond.
El Diablito, created by Nomad London
Ingredients
- 15ml ginger lime
- 20ml lime
- 30ml spicy ginger
- Top with Club Soda
Method
- Add ingredients to the shaker, shake well, pour into a highball glass over ice and top with soda
- Add hibiscus tea and discarded lime

Ingredients
- 40ml Everleaf Mountain
- 20ml cherry blossom cordial
- Rose lemonade to top
To make the cherry blossom cordial
- 1l hot water
- 1kg caster sugar
- 25g cherry blossom tea
- 16g citric acid
- 3g ascorbic acid
Method
- Brew the tea for five minutes
- Strain with a paper coffee filter
- Add the sugar, acids and mix until dissolved
- Bottle, label and refrigerate
No-Loma Spritz, created by The Alchemist
Ingredients
- 22.5ml Three Spirit Livener
- 15ml Bristol Syrup Company Grapefruit Sherbert sugar syrup
- 15ml lime juice
- 1 barspoon of agave syrup
- 2 bar spoons of citrus-based marmalade
- 80ml of soda
Method
- Combine all ingredients with the exception of the soda into a Boston tin and hard shake
- Strain into a tall glass over cubed ice and top with soda, mix with a barspoon
- Garnish with dehydrated citrus wedges
