Lendon describes it as an evolution of the French bob that dominated a few years ago – but a version that’s “less twee, more undone, more cool-girl in Notting Hill”. Lendon says the main characteristic of the Notting Hill bob is effortless movement. It’s got the same chic, undone vibes of the French bob, but with a bit more structure and shape. (Think: airy layers and embracing your natural hair texture.) Overall, it embodies the ‘low-maintenance, but looks high-maintenance’ vibe we’re aiming for in 2026.
